The hotel is located in an old district. It is very close to the subway station. The staffs are very kind. There are two washing machines and drying machines (but they don't work very well) at 9th floor. The hotel is quite old but the room is still very clean.

The room was very comfortable and although the hotel is in a busy location we had no issue with noise at night. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Its very close to a metro station which was perfect for getting around Shanghai. Staff were helpful with getting us a taxi for a very early morning departure for the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My favourite was the cleaner that cleaned our room.

Very good hotel, very big room, nice breakfast and so good restoran at hotel. But personal don't speack in english. We use translater but it was a little difficult. Anyways I think it's very good hotel.

Location was great in terms of its proximity to Zhenping Road Metro Station. Breakfast was average. Rooms were decent sized.

Overall the facilities provided quite good and staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast overall quite nice.

Breakfast was ok, but need more variety of fruits because some people are purely Vegan, then option is less to ear other available foods
