Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Zhenping by IHG

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Holiday Inn Express Zhenping Road. The check-in process was smooth, and after a long international flight, we were grateful that the hotel staff kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is extremely convenient — just a short walk to Zhenping Road Metro Station, which connects easily to Jing’an Temple and other major lines, making it simple to reach all of Shanghai’s top attractions. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They even facilitated a room change for us when we needed it. A special thank you to the lovely cleaning lady who found and returned my niece’s forgotten phone during checkout — we were truly touched by her honesty and kindness. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a great selection of delicious Chinese breakfast options. Despite staying for 10 days, we never got tired of the variety and quality of food provided. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your excellent service and hospitality!

All stuff on the reception they are really helpful super kind and nice. The. Room view is fantastic Nice coffee in the reception 3 Metro stations 200m away The hotel is a little far from down town, but metro is close. Many halal food around Many many convenient stores. 3 bakery stores in the metro station A Chinese bank about 100m away you can change money.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was also very nice, helpful and friendly.
